PRIVATE CLASSIC CANDLE MAKING WORKSHOP FOR 4-8 GUESTS

WHERE: We would love to welcome you to our sunny studio in Bowes Park, North London to experience a sensory candle making experience.

Alternatively we can come to you and host in the comfort of your home, All we need is a place setting per person, a plug socket and some space in your fridge! 

WORKSHOP CONTENT: You will  make 2 scented 20cl soy wax candles, which you can personalise with colourful wax dyes and beautiful hand-stamped labels.

During our workshops you will learn about how our sense of smell works and how fragrance affects our mood and emotions. You will then learn about the different fragrance families and what ‘Top’,  ‘Heart’ and ‘Base’ notes are, and how important they are in scents and candles.

We share hints and tips on the creation of the perfect candle, as well as fun facts and info about the history of scents and perfume.

In this session, you will test a selection of our signature scents, before we take you step-by-step through the candle making process. 
You can also choose alternate vessels on the day for a small extra cost.
TIMINGS: AM (10am-12.30pm ) OR PM (7pm-9.30pm) workshops available, on a date to be arranged to suit.

DURATION: The workshop lasts approx 2.5 Hours

EXTRA INFO:
The candles you make will take approximately 3 hours to set after pouring. Feel free to collect your candle anytime after this 3 hour window (during business hours) or alternatively we can ship your candle to you for £6 (within the U.K. only). We will hold your candle for up to 30 days, after that we will donate your candles to charity.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?

Each workshop participant will have their own blending equipment, mixing jug, thermometer, and glassware to use, as well as aprons for any small spills.

All materials and  light refreshments are included in the price ( Normally tea, coffee, and sweet or savoury snacks ) Alcohol may be brought with you.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

This is a private group booking and as such the full studio / workshop cost is payable for the group to go ahead.

After a date has been agreed, a full refund will be given for group cancellation requested more than 14 days before the course date.

No refunds are given for cancellations requested after this time as the studio has been reserved and places cannot be filled. we may be able to move dates at our discretion.

 

All students under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
